What You Can Expect During Your Smoothe Start Facial
When you arrive for your appointment, we begin by going over your consultation form in depth. Please bring all the products you are using to your appointment. We will also be going over diet, supplements, or medications you are taking, along with any contraindications for the facial. You will tell us more about how your lifestyle is, and what you are specifically looking to treat or work on. We will begin your skincare journey here. Your Provider will leave the room to pick specific customized products to use during your treatment. Then, after changing into our spa robe and getting into our heated ergonomic bed, your Provider leaves the room to pick specific customized products to use during your treatment. We will start your facial by grounding you with aromatherapy. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred scent to help set the tone for your treatment. Our goal is to connect, center, and calm you before we begin.
We start with a thorough double cleanse, followed by an exfoliating enzyme treatment while you relax under the steamer (if needed). During this time, we also provide a soothing hand and arm massage. After gently removing the enzyme, we apply a warm towel to your face for added relaxation.
Next, we perform targeted extractions to clear congestion, followed by a mist of Hyacyn to calm and prep the skin. A refreshing cucumber toner is applied, and then a warm towel is placed under your neck for comfort and support.
Once your mask is applied, we take extra time to massage the neck, shoulders, and décolleté. This step not only promotes circulation but also offers a deeply relaxing experience. After removing the mask with warm towels, we apply finishing serums and customized skincare products (moisturizer, and SPF) that are best suited for your skin’s needs.
