The Smoothe Story
We have come such a long way these past four years and are so thankful for each and every one of you! Smoothe opened on January 2, 2018. The day we opened I started with enough wax to get her through a few days worth of clients, one wax pot, a used massage table, some gloves, and sticks. I did not even have a trash can or trash bags! That was a day I will never forget. Within six months, I was booking out weeks in advance and working six days a week. At this time I knew I needed help. This is where Erin comes in. In November of 2018, I finally found who I had been searching for, Erin Carver. She has so much passion and we have grown so much together throughout the years. We were moving right along and we’re wanting to expand in 2019, but COVID hit and we had to shut down. We stayed afloat from our clients pre-booking, purchasing gift cards, and products online. Thank you to our wonderful clients! We were finally able to open back up in May of 2020. At this time, I started my own 1:1 training where I met Diedre. Diedre Newport joined our team in May of 2021.
