Setting Up Your Vagaro Profile + Waitlist Information
We have a new scheduling system called “Vagaro” and we are so excited to outline a few of the new features we think you will enjoy! To start, you need to make sure your client profile is up to date.
When you sign into Vagaro, you will be asked to create a client profile. Please add a picture to your profile! We’d love to use these as before and after brow pictures if you allow. We also would love for our new and future employees to be able to recognize you when you come in.
All clients will be required to fill out the new client intake forms again. You can do this from the bottom of your first appointment confirmation OR when you schedule a new appointment with Lindsey or Erin.
Please make sure you have updated your personal information and filled out the online confidential forms in Vagaro. If the information is not filled out, your service will be declined.
If you already have an appointment scheduled, you will have to book another appointment to be able to fill out the forms. You will not be prompted to fill out your forms until you book a new appointment.

Vagaro Waitlist
One of the features we really love about Vagaro is the waitlist and we think you are going to love it too. You must have an account set up with Vagaro to use this awesome, new feature.
How Does it Work?
Simply go online to book an appointment. Don’t see the date or time you are looking for? Select your desired date, then select “Add to Waitlist”.
From there you can choose when you are available that day (morning, afternoon, night, or anytime). As soon as a time slot opens up on a day that you chose and in your time frame, you’ll receive an automatic text. You will have a few hours to respond before that spot gets released to the next spot in line. All appointment times are still first come, first serve!
We hope that this will help everyone get the spots that they want in a timely fashion, however, spots are NOT guaranteed and the more services you sign up for, the less likely the chance of you getting in with a provider.
From time to time, we will still post openings on Instagram! These are generally time/service specific appointments due to time restraints or provider restrictions. If you see these postings on Instagram, we’ve already reached out to the people it applied to on the waitlist.
